Refurbished, 30m2, very bright, bedroom with double bed, bathroom, living room with fully equipped kitchen and double sofa bed, garden and terrace with shared pool. A 30-minute drive to the coves of the North Coast. Ideal place for hiking and cycling. Located just 14 km from Palma and a 25-minute drive to the airport. The village has supermarkets, several restaurants and a municipal sports center.

The house is an exclusive place situated less than 1 mile away from Deià, 500yd from Llucalcari and 4 miles from Soller. It is situated in a privilege place called Serra de Tramuntana. The mountains of Serra de Tramuntana were the only candidate in 2011 and has been chosen by UNESCO for its scenic, cultural, historical and ethnic values. The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed

Adults only!! Great, friendly apartment for two people on our finca in Llucmajor, in the middle of a beautiful garden with pool. Centrally located with short distances to the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca, to Palma and other excursion destinations. The Llucmajor/Son Noguera bus station is a 7-minute walk from us. From May to October, an airport bus also runs. The tourist tax levied here is included in the price.
