A sublime stroll along the coast takes you to the Cala Deia and then to the heart of the village.

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

In the picturesque village Fornalutx, Mallorca, the finca “Ses Begudes” impresses guests with its charming garden and it’s the perfect accommodation to spend a relaxed holiday. It consists of a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom (with a queensize bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. The mountains of Serra de Tramuntana were the only candidate in 2011 and has been chosen by UNESCO for its scenic, cultural, historical and ethnic values. The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed
