Coucou Cottage, cute holiday home + private pool

Coucou cottage, a 300 year old stone house newly renovated to a high standard. Living, dining and kitchen area, all open plan. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a double bedroom on the ground floor with family bathroom. Wheelchair access possible. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. A third bedroom with king size double bed and en suite shower room. The large outdoor covered terrace looks over the garden and private swimming pool and BBQ area.Lovely country views.

A private spa area is highlighted, featuring a hot tub surrounded by wooden walls and flooring. Potted plants add a touch of greenery, while large windows allow natural light to enter the space. A small table is positioned nearby for convenience.

Pas juste pour l'environnement si joli dans le Lot, mais parce que nous humains, vivons dans cet environnement que l'on voudrait le plus sain possible pour y être bien. Beautiful panoramic views of the Dordogne Valley and close to the river and its swimming spots. Perfect starting point for visiting all the touristic sites of the region. 4 lovely bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private toilet. The 2 attic rooms are equipped with AC.
