Die großzügige Räumlichkeit bietet Platz für ein Doppelbett und eine große Schlafcouch für zwei Personen, als auch ein Badezimmer, eine separate Toilette, eine offene Küche, einen Billard Tisch und einen direkten Ausgang zur Terrasse.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Based on the River Lot you have access to the river, the gardens and the surrounding countryside. You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

Gite des Reves

Gîte des Rêves is situated in a quiet riverside location at the edge of a small rural commune called 'Cornus'. It is part of a larger village a few minutes away 'Cénevières', that boasts a stunning medieval chateaux. A small communal shop and a delightful brasserie, where you can have a drink in the day or enjoy a tasty meal at night. You can stay home and relax in the Gite's pretty garden, inviting pool with its river views or explore this beautiful region 'Les Causses du Quercy'.

A deluxe space for two.

The Annexe is a deluxe space for two to share. For your comfort and relaxation, you will benefit from a covered terrace, with table and chairs, and an open terrace with a bistro set. A private parking place is located directly outside the main doors. Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Causses de Quercy, in the south west of France, our little treasure is well placed for discovering all the beautiful sites of the Lot. Beautiful restored country house near Sarlat

Nestled amongst mature gardens and overlooking Lake Groléjac, this beautiful, traditional country house has been lovingly and sympathetically restored. La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

In the heart of Quercy Blanc, we offer this charming, fully renovated gîte. You can appreciate the authenticity of the stone and wood. On the ground floor: living room, kitchen with dining area. Bedroom on the mezzanine. Outside, you can enjoy a garden with pool and terrace. Various animals are present which maintains the atmosphere of the family farm. The old bread oven located in the vineyard was renovated this year. Everything has been thought out for a pleasant time. If you are visiting our beautiful region you will find all the comforts you need. With the added bonus of the HOT TUB (from May to September) for a relaxing moment after your day of visiting our region You can canoe, taste good wines, visit castles, go to the Padirac Chasm or simply take beautiful walks in the vineyard.

Dordogne cottage with shared swimming pool

Our 1 bedroom cottage was renovated in 2022 and offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether you’re dining on your private shady terrace or taking in a dip in the 11m x 5m swimming pool (shared with the owners and open from 09H00 – 20h00). The property is nestled on the edge of a small chateau estate and the owners are the only neighbours within view. Perfect for a romantic winter getaway!
