In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! The flat is nestled in a traffic-free street a short walk away from the very centre of the city, close to charming shops, hip bars, amazing restaurants and historical sights. Classy penthouse with terrace in the heart of Gent

A guesthouse in style for people with style. Our high-end duplexapartment is very accessibly located in between the 'Kouter' (rectangle square where the Flemish Opera is) and the medieval center (St-Bavo-Cathedral, Graslei, Korenmarkt, Gravensteen to name a few highlights). Brand new, comfortable and classy, with a library-staircase which is not only an eyecatcher. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sunny terrace! We called our gem "LaCasitaBelMundo”, just adding the dot Gent, to get the full picture.

Comfortabele en gezellige Zeeuwse vakantiewoning

Op het rustige Zeeuwse platteland in gehucht Poppendamme, vlakbij de hoofdstad Middelburg, vindt u vakantiehuis Poppendamme. Het huis ligt op fietsafstand van de schone Walcherse stranden van Zoutelande en Domburg en het Veerse Meer. De renovatie van deze voormalige noodschuur is in 2020 afgerond. De energieneutrale vakantiewoning heeft energielabel A+++ en voldoet hiermee aan de eisen van deze tijd. Het is ruim, comfortabel, knus en gezellig. Een fantastische plek voor een heerlijke vakantie.

Modern ingericht appartement met frontaal zeezicht en uniek duinenzicht. 7e verdieping. Garagebox (poort 179 cm hoog). Er zijn 2 slaapkamers, bedden 160 x 200 cm, 2 badkamers en-suite: 1 met ligbad en lavabo, 1 met douche en lavabo. Toilet apart. Wifi en digitale TV / vaatwasser, combi-oven, elektrisch fornuis, grote ijskast met grote diepvriezer / wasmachine / beddengoed & handdoeken. Prijzen zijn per nacht. Bij aankomst + vertrek meterstanden noteren teneinde exuberant verbruik te vermijden.

Op 350 m van het strand, in het rustige Duinbergen (deelgemeente Knokke) vind je het historische vakantiehuis 'Guldenspoor' (1912). De hele buurt is sfeervol: veel groen en authentieke huizen en villa's. De woning is bovenal lichtrijk en ruim, een plek waar je graag blijft hangen. De gezellige kook- en tafelgelegenheid, comfortabele zitruimte, zonnig terras en de met zorg ingerichte kamers en badkamers (lakens & handdoeken inclusief ) maken het een heerlijk vakantienest. Deze gezellige woonboerderij, hof Mettenije ligt aan de rand van een dorpje op een rustige dijk. Midden tussen de akkers, in alle rust en toch vlak aan zee met prachtige grote zandstranden (2,5km). Het huis (ca 200m2) is geschikt voor grote gezinnen/families (10 p). Eventueel en indien beschikbaar is de naastgelegen guesthouse erbij te huren (2-4p). Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en volledig energieneutraal.
