Este precioso apartamento está ubicado en un edificio de 1888 totalmente rehabilitado, nuevo y moderno, pero enclavado en el corazón del casco histórico de Cádiz. Lightfull, cozy, spacious flat in the town score

2 rooms with double beds of 1.60. Very bright and all exterior with 3 balconies to the street and corridor glazed. Real surface of 79 mt. Hydraulic soils of origin. It is on the 2nd floor BUT DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR, as usually happens in the old town. 5 minutes walk from the beach of La Caleta, the market and the most beautiful areas of Cádiz. There is a paid parking very close, in the old town you can not park. It has air conditioning, ceiling fans, WiFi and cable TV.

Beautyful Loft with everything you need private

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.

Apartment with panoramic views of the city and the sea as well as La Caleta beach,it is located in a typical neighborhood of La Viña and very close to the historic center and the beach.The apartament is spacious,jumionosis,sunny,quied and comfortable for people with reduced mobility it has ample and comfortable,free parking for one car or five motos. IT is a few meters from caleta beach. It is also very close to restaurant,bars and supermarkets.
