This unique home has a special elegance considering the exterior appearance specific to traditional houses in the Bucovina area using a unique method by which the wood used both inside and outside was antiqued. Inside you will find 4 modern rooms each with their own bathroom and two apartments upstairs also with their own bathroom, with an extendable sofa and the kitchen area equipped with everything necessary to be able to serve a hot or cold meal.

În Pârteștii de Sus, în spatele unei porți din lemn, stau laolaltă trecutul și prezentul. O casă veche, o șură veche și o casă nouă. Toate la un loc poartă numele de `Casa Străbunicului`. Un proiect care își propune să îi ajute pe oamenii din ziua de azi să se reconecteze cu trecutul.
