The house has been recently renovated, consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds with TV and air conditioning plus a bedroom with a bunk bed and air conditioning, the kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and equipment needed for cooking. In the living room there are two sofas, TV and air conditioning. The bathroom is large and bright, also equipped with air conditioning. Outside there is a large flower garden with a table and space for motorcycle parking. Wi-Fi throughout the house.

In a convenient location, a short walk from the center, close to all services: market, bank, bakery, pastry shop, pizzeria, bar, museum, pharmacy. A few km from the beaches of Is Aruttas, Mari Ermi and San Giovanni. The house consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, a kitchen and a garden with a relaxation area. Equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant vacation.

The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
