Welcome to the limestone house near Herta beach. Here you live quietly and rurally and with bicycle distance to beach, bakery and grocery store. A few hundred meters to the farm shop with fresh vegetables and eggs. On the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen and toilet with shower. There is also washing machine and dryer. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating, which provides good comfort all year round. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The double beds can be separated into single beds. The house has two private patios and its own barbecue.

The house has all the amenities you will need such as a dishwasher and washing machine, barbecue grill and stable Wi-Fi. You clean up after yourself after your stay and you have to bring your own bed linens and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. Southern Gotland offers magical environments with sandy beaches, limestone stacks and a rich cultural life.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. You will live within cycling distance to the sea in a village on southern Gotland, near Herta beach. In the village there is both a nice bistro and a finer restaurant as well as a beach café. The upper floor of the house is a studio for textile crafts and painting. The studio is used for arts and crafts during the winter half year. The lower floor is decorated as a modern home. The house is a Gotland limestone house from 1900. The house is close to two nice golf courses, Gumbalde in Stånga and När.

Welcome here with family, dog and friends. My Labrador Freja is a nice dog that is usually loose on the property. In Burs are two nice restaurants and it is 6.5 km to the beach. Perfect for outdoor recreation and relaxation. In the Annex there are two beds in the loft, kitchen with dining area and bathroom. In Brygghuset there are two beds in the loft (divisible double bed), sofa, armchairs, bunk bed and wood-burning stove in the ground floor. Six houses in total on the farm, two of which are yours. We share the loft in the barn.

Cozy forest paths start directly from the property, and in 500 meters you reach the sea for a morning swim, an evening walk along the beach or a pizza at Sandhamn's pizzeria. Enjoy a newly built modern house in a quiet forest edge by the Eksta coast and Djupvik harbor. The house is located privately with a 10-minute beautiful walk down to Djupvik's beach, ice cream and restaurant. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6-8. Morning and evening sun on different sides of the house. Hammocks in the edge of the forest. There is a guest house on the property that can also be rented. It has 5 beds and its own ad here on AirBnB. You can purchase cleaning for SEK 1,500. Otherwise, you clean up yourself on departure.

View from the windows out over the sea and shore meadows. Adjacent to a nature reserve with many different birds, great for bird watching!
