The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Enjoy a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment with a mountain view in Buermoos. The apartment sleeps 5 people and is about 30 minutes from Salzburg city. The train station is within a 2 minute walking distance from the apartment which will take you to Salzburg main station. If you prefer to use the car, we offer free parking for 1 car (more vehicles are possible upon request). If you are looking to bring work along, we have you covered - the apartment offers a work station with an extra monitor.

Tiny House with privat Hot Tub and Sauna

With great attention to detail, we have created a small haven of peace for those seeking relaxation here at the beautiful Waginger See. Our Tiny House "Gänseblümchen" is with about 16 sqm a cozy retreat and has everything you wish for a relaxing vacation. Very special is your private wellness area with barrel sauna and hot tub, which can also be a refreshment in the summer. In the house you can enjoy the mountain view in the hammock or relax in bed streaming something.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

In the town center you will find an organic shop and other shopping opportunities. The train station is located on the train line from Landshut to Salzburg.

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Quiet new apartment 66 sqm - 3 min to the lake/near the mountains

Welcome to Tittmoning, an idyllic small town on the Salzach. Lake Leitgeringer is 5 minutes away by car. The 66 m² new apartment is within walking distance of the historic old town and is very quiet (dead end). It is a new building (hillside house), the garden is not yet completely finished. If that does not bother you, then we are very much looking forward to seeing you. Food is provided by supermarkets, a butcher shop, several bakers, and restaurants.

Apartment in Nußdorf am Haunsberg

Apartment (attention: without a kitchen) with separate entrance in a tranquil, quiet village You have your own bathroom and a separate toilet, can share the garden and its seating and there is also the possibility to book breakfast. In the room you will find a coffee maker, fridge, small selection of dishes for all occasions and a mini oven. The dining area with two chairs can also be used as a workplace.

Cozy attic apartment (42 m²) with large dormer window - usable as a covered balcony - on the quiet outskirts of the city. Due to the central location, it is well suited for a vacation or business trip. Beautiful mountain views and beautiful scenery included. Lake (25 min), train station (12 min) and old town (25 min) within walking distance. Regional gastronomy and many destinations in the surrounding area.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

The 1-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a house as a residential unit with a bedroom/living room, mini kitchen, bathroom (shower, bathtub and toilet), as well as a terrace with magnificent mountain views. My place is in the Seelentium region (Ibmer Moor and lake). Salzburg (37 km), Burghausen (19 km) and Braunau (25 km) are nearby. My place is good for solo travelers.
