Welcome to our vacation rental! In a nutshell: 70 m², 5-10 minutes' walk to the beach (the beach that can be seen in the pictures), ideal for families with children, athletes (windsurfing/kitesurfing, wakeboarding, golf, cycling) and peace seekers. :-) We bought the apartment in 2019 and renovated it in the spring of 2020. Now we rent "from private to private" and look forward to you having a nice vacation here We look forward to receiving your inquiry! Also gladly "per Du" [on a first-name basis]. ;-)

Enjoy your stay in our bright, cozy apartment apartment in one of the apartment houses on the popular south beach. You can reach the apartment on the 2nd floor convenient via an elevator. The apartment is only about 300 m from the magnificent Baltic Sea beach and a few meters from the newly designed marina. The apartment is suitable for two people and offers everything for a relaxing holiday on the beautiful sunny island of Fehmarn. A crib can be provided on request.

Our newly renovated vacation home is located in the 1st row on the natural beach at Fehmarnsund with great views of the Baltic Sea and the Fehmarnsund Bridge. Our small, stylish apartment with direct sea views of Fehmarn is located in the quaint Lemkenhafen. Water sports enthusiasts, nature explorers, dog lovers or those seeking relaxation – everyone spends an unforgettable vacation here. The day starts with breakfast in the loggia right on the water. Surf spots are right outside the door and the material can be stored in the surf cellar. You can end an eventful day with a glass of wine overlooking the Orther Reede.

The apartment overlooking Fehmarn on the south beach is freshly renovated and is located directly on the sandy beach. Beautiful sea views from the balcony. In the kitchen you will find a small dishwasher, an induction stove and a microwave with baking function. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. In the bedroom there is a cozy double bed, as well as a large wardrobe. In the living & dining room can be relaxed on the leather couch with sleeping function.

Die Strand-Lodge ist unser Apartment für Singles. Klein, aber gut durchdacht, wie ein Tinyhouse. Genießt Euer Frühstück auf der schönen Dachterrasse. Eine „normale Küche“ gibt es nicht. Dafür steht Euch eine Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion zur Verfügung. Für den Außenbereich noch ein toller elektrischer Grill, auch zum Gemüse brutzeln.....Für den kleinen Abwasch unser Multifunktionsbadezimmer. Wir freuen uns darauf, Dich zu beherbergen.

Cozy apartment near beach & golf course

The apartment is on the 1st floor of our farmhouse & is kept open, friendly & modernly equipped. The open kitchen is fully equipped (coffee maker,kettle, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, etc.). The bedroom has a double bed and a large mirror closet. A partition provides a spatial delimitation to the living room; a door is not available here. The children's room has two single beds and a wooden wardrobe.
