This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. You have the option for family-friendly activities, to enjoy the beautiful Lake Constance and to visit traditional restaurants. Our place is ideal for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). A good starting point for day trips, including to neighboring Switzerland and Austria. The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." The newly renovated and lovingly furnished 35 sqm studio (ground floor) is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of Stockacker Kernstadt. A private parking lot is available to our guests. The studio is equipped with high quality SATELLITE TV, stereo system, new fitted kitchen, 1.60 m wide double bed and a beautiful small bathroom with fitted wardrobes and rain shower. Take the whole family to this great place with plenty of room, great excursion destinations. In a unique location on the edge of a commercial area between Lake Constance and nature conservation area Mindelsee, nearby a few minutes by car or also on foot of the animal and leisure park Bodanrück. Less minutes walking to Lake Constance, wonderful footpaths on Lake Constance in the direction of Konstanz or Radolfzell.

That sounds like a dream! A completely newly renovated apartment with a private terrace and garden is really special. The separate entrance provides privacy and the parking in the courtyard is extremely convenient. It must be a wonderful place to relax and enjoy life. 10 minutes to Stein am Rhein 34 minutes to Schaffhausen/Rheinfall 35 minutes to Constance on Lake Constance 57 minutes to Zurich

Beautiful apartment in the second sea line with magnificent views of the lake and the Alps. Just a few steps to the lake. The balcony and the terrace invite you to sit outside and grill. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge/freezer leaves nothing to be desired. A ping pong table, pool table and washer/dryer can be used. The electric car can also be charged.
