We chose Bucerias for our home because of the quiet residential neighborhood of East Bucerias, the abundance of great restaurants and of course, the proximity to the best of Banderas Bay's beaches and, so close to vibrant Puerto Vallarta or Sayulita, both just a 30 minute drive away. Much thought & care went into the design to welcome guests home to our quiet Mexican sanctuary! Our home is approximately 1 mile/5-7 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the nearest beach. 5 night minimum for stays.

It is surrounded by the tropical jungle and steps from a beautiful beach only known by locals. On one side of the house, you can also enjoy some small waterfalls with natural ponds to cool off and enjoy the sound of running water. The water is completely natural, chemical free. The fish and plants of the last pond help us keep the water clean and create an incredible ecosystem.
