A lovely upside-down self-contained annexe in the heart of rural Mid Wales, benefitting from the most amazing views.We are 15 mins from Knighton and 20 mins from the award-winning spa town of Llandrindod Wells. We are a 2-minute walk from Llanbister Road train station on the scenic Heart of Wales line.We are on the 825 cycle route. Willow is a unique shepherds hut on a old hay trailer . Situated in a beautiful spot by a woodland and a stream. Its completely on its own with magical dark skies ideal to star gaze .Completely off grid with a lovely quirky hot or cold shower using spring water from the farm a compost loo, a quirky kitchen with all you need .A lovely fire pit ,a wood pellet pizza oven ,electric bike hire enjoy the sound of water and birds take in the welsh countryside.The most amazing place to unwind.

Relax in your own garden . We ask our guests to be mindful of our family farm with young children and no parties after 10pm to maintain the peace and tranquilly of our valley. There are electric car charging points 9 & 13 miles drive from the farm, no charging from the lodge to the car is permitted.

Bryn Derw annexe is a beautiful studio with stunning views over the Severn Valley, with a large south-facing patio. We have numerous walks on our doorstep, a 3 minute stroll to the River Severn and are a stone's throw from Llandinam Gravels Nature Reserve. We are also approximately 1 mile away from Plas Dinam Country House. It has a fully equipped kitchen and large comfortable chairs - perfect for a short break or longer holiday. Relax and unwind in this tranquil setting.

Our eco house is a relaxed and comfortable place to stay in the beautiful & unspoilt Welsh Borders. We have a large garden growing most of our fruit & vegetables, our own chickens and provide free cider while stocks last. Please understand that we are a traditional bed and breakfast establishment. I know that the listing states that a whole flat or house is available, it is not. Unfortunately AirB&B insist that we put this otherwise it on will only list one bedroom.
