Beautiful house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Fantastic rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 minutes. You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

Welcome to our peaceful Kårstue in Selbu. The Kårstuen has its own exit and entrance in the back. It is located on the edge of the forest overlooking Selbusjøen and a short walk to the beach. Bird sanctuary area within walking distance and many nice hiking trails and marked bike trails in beautiful nature. Fishing opportunities nearby. Several ski slopes in the area and the nearest (with illuminated slope) approx. 5 min drive away. Grocery store, restaurant and cafe in Selbu city center, about 10 min away by car. Værnes 45 min. Stabburet is located at Brøttem Gård in Klæbu, Trondheim Municipality. The location is rural (by Selbusjøen and Brungmarka) and excellent for day trips in the countryside both on foot and on skis. Jetty is available at Selbusjøen in summer. From here you can paddle in a kayak/canoe or row a trip. The farm is close to Gjenvollhytta and Langmyra ski resort if you want to go skiing on groomed slopes. Day trips to Kråkfjellet and Rensfjellet are possible. Vassfjellet is 10 min away and only 30 min to Trondheim :)
