Chevroux ist ein beliebter Erholungsort im Kanton Waadt im französischsprachigen Teil der Schweiz mit einem Campingplatz und rund 100 Wochenend- und Ferienhäuschen in Seenähe. Es verfügt über einen Sportbootshafen mit über 1000 Liegeplätzen. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss eines Ferienchalets mit grossem Garten wurde 2020 komplett renoviert und liegt direkt am Rand des Naturschutzgebiets "La Grande Cariçaie".
