Large architect-designed villa by Lake Mälaren, with magnificent views and its own dock, large hot tub and two saunas. The house is 250 sqm and has five bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Large hot tub for 7 people (heated in winter), wood-fired sauna on the dock, electric sauna indoors. When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Perfect for a luxurious spa weekend or a creative meeting with colleagues at the company.

Stylish 1960s home with a pool

60s homes with large open spaces for socializing! There is an opportunity for large parties of up to 9-11 people to sleep in the house. Brick walls and fireplace with soup terrain, one stair down bathroom with spa & sauna! One covered patio and one with large wooden deck and pool. (pool season June-August. With nice weather, this can be expanded) There is a barbecue & wood-fired pizza oven for lovely summer evenings! 10 minutes from Green Line subway, 25 minutes from central Stockholm. A gem you don't want to miss out on!

Well-equipped and nice little house

Sit back and relax in this quiet, cool, and cozy home. A well-equipped small apartment building built in 2021. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, an induction hob, a hot air oven. The bathroom with shower and washing machine. Quiet location in a pleasant residential area. 8-10 min walk to subway Mälarhöjden or Västertorp (by bike it takes 3-4 min). It then takes about 15-20 min to T-Centralen. Close to Lake Mälaren, 750 m, and beautiful walking paths.

This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.
