Our cottage is located in the beautiful Falbygden. Next to the garden is the pilgrim trail between Falköping and Varnhem. In autumn and spring, there are cranes in the fields. The cottage has a kitchen, living room and toilet with shower on the ground floor. Two bedrooms on the second floor, one with a double bed, three single beds in the other. Balcony available. The cottage is partly heated by a pellet stove that spreads heat. To the west, there is a patio with furniture and barbecue, exit from the living room. Pets are warmly welcome! An additional fee of SEK 150 will be applied.

Cabin with hot tub, sauna and sandy beach

This lovely cabin is located just a few meters from Lake Vänern and has its own sandy beach, wood-fired sauna and jetty with wood-fired hot tub. Even for winter swimming! The view over the lake is amazing! The cottage has 2 lofts with beds, living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area, kitchenette, fridge/freezer, oven, hot plates, dishwasher, wc, shower and washing machine. Large glass doors can be opened out to the terrace which has a gas grill, outdoor furniture and sun loungers. This is a quiet, close to nature and beautiful accommodation 15 km outside Lidköping.

Newly renovated 19th-century cottage in Falbygden

All amenities are available, while the old-fashioned atmosphere is preserved with a kitchen stove and fireplace. The cottage is a wing building of 60 sqm. The courtyard has a big yard. During the season you can buy vegetables, fruits, berries and flowers directly from the garden in the small farm shop. The cottage has a special garden with garden furniture and grill under the fruit trees. Bed linen and bath linen are included. Wifi 250 Mbps and TV available. Breakfast can be ordered for SEK 90/person/day. Final cleaning can be ordered for SEK 500.

Here you live perfectly if you want to visit the cranes at Hornborgasjön, historic Varnhem or the thriving Vallebygden. Lilla Lilleskog is also a great place to stay when you want to visit Skara Sommarland 7 km away. Hiking trails and swimming lakes are within easy distance. This place is perfect for those seeking tranquility, silence, and a stay in the beautiful Swedish countryside. If you want to enjoy Vättern, you will find swimming areas in and around Hjo, only 7 kilometers away. My name is Pieter and I'm your host. I myself live in the beautiful old school building. Simsjön is a scenic and peaceful spot, perfect for escaping everyday stress and spending quality time together. You can borrow your own boat to explore the lake and enjoy fishing 🎣🌿

Cozy, furnished mill from the early 1800s

Fantastic mill with history from the 16th century. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, induction stovetop, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer. In the small TV room there is a smart TV. Upstairs, there was a carpentry workshop that is now a modern TV room with Wi-Fi, amplifier, Chromecast, speaker system and projector. The shower is in the basement. The balcony facing the sheep meadow has garden furniture and a spa bath. Wood stove in the kitchen. Sauna is available.

Bjällums Lime Worker's Residence

Peaceful accommodation with panoramic views of Hornborgasjön, just next to the beautiful pilgrim path between Gudhem and Varnhem. Walking distance to the nearest bird tower and Naturum. In the 1920s, homes were built for the workers in Bjällum's lime mill. A room and kitchen, reed mats on the walls, a hefty brick, earth cellar, potato land and apple trees. The cottage was now extended and renovated in the 1980s, and improvements are being made on an ongoing basis.
