Unmittelbare Nachbarn sind neben Eichhörnchen, Fuchs, Rehen sowie etlichen kleinen Waldbewohnern 3 weitere privat genützte Hütten. Die Hütte ist bergseits, die letzte in dieser Reihe und hat eine nicht-einsehbare Randlage und wird von ca. 1ooo m² Grund umgeben.
