Paisible et bien placé. Au rez de chaussée d'une maison individuelle(nous habitons au dessus, pas de soirée possible), une rue calme , logement entièrement indépendant, à 10mn à pied du centre ville, 15mn à pieds de la gare SNCF. 2 boulangeries, Boucherie, Tabac Presse, Pharmacie et Supermarché à 2 mn à pieds. Restauré récemment, stationnement juste devant la maison, entrée indépendante, terrasse avec table et chaises. (Smart TV, C+, C+ sport, Tassimo). MENAGE SYSTEMATIQUE AVANT ARRIVEE !!
