Located right by Nackareservatet and it takes about 20-30 minutes by bus to Stockholm (nearby Slussen). The house has a sleeping loft with room for two people, a small kitchen and toilet with shower as well as a small lounge with two armchairs. There is a small patio and possibility to borrow kayaks. You can also rent a small motor boat located in the harbor in front of the house.

En bilutflykt bort ligger Siggesta Gård (minigolf, fotbollsgolf, sagostig), Artipelag, Gustavsberg med Porslinskvarteren, restauranger, caféer. Vikingshill ligger vid havet i skärgårdens början.

Own apartment in villa near swimming, nature and city

Warmly welcome to our cozy apartment in a quiet area close to Stockholm. Walking distance is both lake and sea, nice nature, a good restaurant (The Old Smokehouse) and a grocery store. Good communications to Stockholm. The bus stop is at the end of the street and it takes 20–30 minutes to get to and from Slussen. We are a Swedish-French family who also speaks german and english. On request it is also possible to order breakfast and to rent a bike.

Take a break and unwind in houses with access to your own floating dock by the swimming lake just a few minutes from the sea. The house of about 40 sqm + loft is newly renovated with a terrace where you look out over the lake.. With the help of boat traffic, you can easily get both into central Stockholm as well as out in the archipelago. In addition to the private swimming lake, there are many nice swimming lakes in the nearby area.

Rural tiny house by the water

Welcome to our amazing tiny house in the nature reserve "Elfvik", 20 min from stockholm city. The house is 15m2 large and has a kitchenette with fridge/freezer compartment, sofa bed for two people, toilet and shower. Outside there is a porch with seating area with fantastic views of the church bay. There is also a public "hidden" jetty 150 meters from the house. Guests have free access to borrow a kayak for two people and a life jacket.
