New kitchen, large bathroom, hallway and living room with 1x180cm bed, 1x sofa bed (140cm unfolded)! All sleeping places are in the same room (living room). TV with Chromecast. Toys and children's books. The apartment is located at the bottom towards the sea centrally on Brekstad. Only 5 min. walk to the city center or speedboat to Trondheim or Kristiansund. During summertime it will be possible to rent a boat (10ft pioneer) with 5hp outboard motor located in the shore just below the apartment. Fantastic fishing opportunities

Here you can experience a good sea fishing and great hiking opportunities in the woods and mountains right outside the door. Solvang is located in the middle of the town center of Brekstad in a quiet residential area. The property is 5 acres and large green area means that there is a lot of space around the house, little disturbance from neighbors and surrounding activities. The house was built in 1929 and is a charming house with a lot of space. Brekstad is only an hour by speedboat from Trondheim and Solvang is a 10 min walk from the speedboat quay. Ørland offers a lot of nature, bike trails, hiking trails and historical sights.
