Our charming apartment in the "shabby chic style" offers three cozy bedrooms and a spacious kitchen with balcony for up to 6 people on about 70 square meters. Here you can cook, relax and spend convivial evenings together. The apartment is on the second floor of our residential building in a quiet residential estate at the foot of the picturesque mountain "Niedere" (around the corner from the paragliding landing site). We live on the ground floor with our 8-year-old son, our dog and a cat.

Our new and very sunny apartment offers a fantastic view of the many mountains and the wonderful hiking trails. From here you can enjoy the Bizau barefoot path within a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Our place is newly furnished with a lot of love, ideal for families. The apartment can also be booked for 2 people or more. A free shuttle bus runs to the Mellau-Damüls ski resort (9 km) every hour. You will appreciate this place very much because it is an oasis of peace.

The ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) can be reached within 40-60 minutes.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The apartment is divided into: a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, combined kitchen and living room with sofa (extendable for 3rd + 4th person), TV, kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking and eating utensils).
