When you look out the window, you can see over the park to the lake and can still watch the cheeky squirrels. On 240 m², everyone can find their favorite place. If you are looking for even more nature, take a walk through the Eriskircher Ried.

The panoramic villa has a total of 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, one on the first floor and one on the second floor as well as a guest toilet. Two fully equipped kitchens, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, make cooking a pleasure. 5 parking spaces are available.

Within 40-60 minutes you can reach the most beautiful ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth).
