The house has two floors and a roof overlooking the entire coast. Spacious kitchen-living room with a large fold-out sofa, 3 bedrooms: 1st: 160cm bed, 2nd: 180cm bed and 90cm sofa, 3rd: fold-out sofa and baby cot. 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove. There is a washing machine.

Villa Sofia was built in an ambient, rustic style; "Paštrovski style", located 2.5 km from Petrovac in a quiet part of Kruševica, 1250 m as the crow flies to the sea, at an altitude of 300 m. The villa is located on a plot of 588m2, paved with rustic stone, with a separate access to garages for 5 vehicles. Guests have at their disposal a 3 living rooms with a kitchens and a dining room with exit to the 2nd terrace, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, a 32m2 swimming pool.
