Possibility to park in front of the house on the street. Parking zone C. Free from 6:00 to 17:00 (day), from 17:00 to 06:00 (at night) for a fee. The Albert Shopping Centre is 400 m away. The apartment is located in a less lucrative location, but I believe that the price and proximity of the historic center (2 minutes by tram) it balances.

The Black & White Apartments apartment house is located in Brno in a quiet location surrounded by nature. The accommodation is close to the Brno Exhibition Center (BVV) and also close to the motorway exit to Prague. The apartments are fully equipped with furniture, appliances, air conditioning and the privacy of guests is ensured by window blinds. Guests can refresh themselves with Nespresso coffee, tea and water free of charge. The apartment includes a paid minibar.

I offer a fully renovated 1 + kk studio (40 m²) in Brno-Slatina, only 80 m from the bus stop (lines 31 and 78) with a 15-minute ride to the city center or to the Olympia shopping center. Night bus 96 stops 500 m from the house. There is free parking. Very simple but cozy, suitable for two people. 4th floor of 4 without elevator. Fully equipped according to the latest standards - coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer... and everything else that could be forgotten at home :-). Quiet area near the forest, 30 minutes by public transport to the center. Dedicated parking can be arranged on request (this service is already included in the price of accommodation).

Suitable for infants (baby bed and seat). There are parking spaces right infront of the house.

Cozy cabin in the south of Brno

The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
