Whether it’s a getaway for relaxation or a city break, you’ll find everything your heart desires here. The living space offers 2+2 beds (including Comfortable sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is shared with Schmoltis Chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to seeing you soon!

A Garcionerre in the basement of a single-family house in the countryside, surrounded by meadows and forests is available as a quiet accommodation for artistic activities or vacation. The accommodation is ideal for creative work, as the tranquility of nature inspires. The surrounding area offers hiking opportunities and an atmosphere for relaxation. Supermarkets and restaurants can also be reached quickly by car. A bus stop to the city center or Graz is within walking distance.

Experience relaxing days in our sunny apartment in Semriach! Enjoy the fresh air on the spacious terrace, which invites you to relax and linger. The private garden offers space to play and is ideal for cozy barbecues or an outdoor breakfast. The Lurgrotte, the town center and the outdoor swimming pool are within walking distance. Cycling and hiking trails start right outside the front door. The cultural highlights of Graz are a short drive.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and charming space. It is always something special to cook, barbecue, celebrate or laugh together at the big table or on the terrace with the big family, with another friendly family, or with your own friends. A beautiful house made of pure wood close to the Semmering and Stuhleck ski resorts, close to the Schneeberg and Rax hiking areas. Bicycles are available free of charge.

Chalet at the organic farm - Styria

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

Beautiful log cabin at the foot of the Schöckl. The views from the terrace are stunning. The house is located on the edge of the forest and is in a very quiet location. The summit cross of the Schöckl can be reached on foot in less than an hour. Ideal for nature lovers, hikers, bikers or people who simply want to enjoy the tranquility and a great view!

Our farm is located in a beautiful and relaxing natural environment. The place is close to great views with great hiking, perfect for family activities such as visits to Lake Stubenberg or the Kogelhof summer toboggan run. For inquiries with more than 4 people, there is another double room with its own shower. On request, more rooms can be provided.

Our new holiday apartment is separated from our house. It consists of a big living and kitchen area, a bright bathroom and two bedrooms equipped with double beds. The apartment’s terrace invites to have breakfast, relax or enjoy the silence on our farm.
