Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Enjoy a lovely relaxing vacation by the sea in beautiful Boxvik on western Orust with saltwater swimming, cozy fishing communities and nice hiking trails. The 25 sqm cottage with sleeping loft and sunroom has all amenities. The kitchen is well-equipped with access to the sunroom where you can enjoy the view of Boxvik Kile. The balcony is on 2 levels with outdoor furniture and barbecue on the upper level and a hot tub with sea water, which the sun warms up in summer (Open 6/1-8/31) with associated sun loungers on the lower level.

House of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. In front of the house there is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation with its own bathing jetty and jacuzzi. Wake up with a panoramic sea view. Quiet area close to the pulse of Mollösund. Large terrace overlooking the sea, there is also a Jacuzzi and a fireplace. On the other side of the house there is a lovely lounge group with a modern exclusive gas grill. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Spacious bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. Two sofas are available, one in the tower and one in the living room.

Charming cottage by the West Sea

A charming cottage with a lovely deck around the house and close to salt swimming. The cottage has an open plan with sleeping loft. Fireplace in the middle of the cabin and access to wood. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is combined with laundry. The cottage is secluded but close to the fishing village Mollösund with shops and restaurants. By ferry from Tuvesvik you can easily get to Käringön or Gullholmen. Within a mile radius you will come to hiking trails, golf and exercise opportunities.

Brand new guesthouse with seaview from all windows. 1 bedroom (140 cm bed + 90 cm bed above) and loft (2 x 90 cm beds) Livingroom with couch and table that seats 8. Kitchen with small fridge/freezer Bathroom Short walk downhill to beach, café and restaurant. Beautiful nature walks in the woods with a view and by the water. Short drive to Mollösund, Henån and Ellös, etc. Please bring your own sheets and towels as they are not included. Can be made available for washing fee of 100 kr per set.

Hälleviksstrand - Waterfront Cottage

A lake house built in 2023 for 4 people located right on the waterfront with its own jetty, bathing ladder and berth for a deep-sea boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

Cozy semi-detached house in Mollösund/Tången (Electric car charger)

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is dimensioned for 6 people to stay comfortably but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our boathouse and Tången's private swimming areas. Tången is about 500 meters (15 minutes walk) east of Mollösund's old community.

The house has nice spaces for socializing and wonderful dinners - both inside and out. PLEASE NOTE that there are 7 beds but 3 comfortable MATTRESSES. The mattresses fit in any bedroom. It is also possible to take it down to the lower floor. TV, DVD, Apple TV and some toys are available on the upper floor. Bathroom with bathtub as well. The lower floor consists of a kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room. Bed linens are not included.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. A double bed on the ground floor and a double bed upstairs in the loft. Smaller common area with kitchenette, sofa and dining table. Access to part of the terrace and barbecue area. Close to swimming areas and tennis court (rackets are available to borrow). Towels and bed linen are available to borrow free of charge. Free parking is just outside the house.

Havshus No. 2

Fantastic newly built sea house with jetty located at Hotel Strana in Hälleviksstrand. Come here by car or dock by boat at your own jetty, which is included in the rent. The ground floor has a living room with kitchen, bathroom with toilet, and a balcony. One staircase down is the jetty and outdoor furniture for six people. Upstairs there is a hall with sleeping alcove, a total of 3 bedrooms and a toilet.

House on Lyrön with associated lake cabin/jetty

A fully equipped house on the idyllic island of Lyr, just 50 minutes north of Gothenburg. Stay close to the sea, peaceful coves, and beautiful nature. A boathouse with a large jetty (shared with another house) is included, just a 2–3 minute walk from the house. The island offers the Bryggvingen restaurant, a fish shop, and mini golf. A free car ferry runs every 30 minutes. Bicycles are available to borrow.
