The hiking trail starts right outside the gate and you can hike up the mountains or between the villages on Orust. Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The 25 sqm cottage with sleeping loft and sunroom has all amenities. The kitchen is well-equipped with access to the sunroom where you can enjoy the view of Boxvik Kile. The balcony is on 2 levels with outdoor furniture and barbecue on the upper level and a hot tub with sea water, which the sun warms up in summer (Open 6/1-8/31) with associated sun loungers on the lower level.

House of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. In front of the house there is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation with its own bathing jetty and jacuzzi. Wake up with a panoramic sea view. Quiet area close to the pulse of Mollösund. A charming cottage with a lovely deck around the house and close to salt swimming. The cottage has an open plan with sleeping loft. Fireplace in the middle of the cabin and access to wood. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is combined with laundry. The cottage is secluded but close to the fishing village Mollösund with shops and restaurants. By ferry from Tuvesvik you can easily get to Käringön or Gullholmen. Within a mile radius you will come to hiking trails, golf and exercise opportunities.

Hälleviksstrand - Waterfront Cottage

A lake house built in 2023 for 4 people located right on the waterfront with its own jetty, bathing ladder and berth for a deep-sea boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

Welcome to a unique experience where you'll see the ocean in panorama view every minute of the day. A peaceful, calm and family friendly oasis. Weekly rental Sun-Sun. V 32 left! The house has nice spaces for socializing and wonderful dinners - both inside and out. PLEASE NOTE that there are 7 beds but 3 comfortable MATTRESSES. The mattresses fit in any bedroom. It is also possible to take it down to the lower floor. TV, DVD, Apple TV and some toys are available on the upper floor. Bathroom with bathtub as well. The lower floor consists of a kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room. Bed linens are not included.

Free parking is just outside the house.
