The flat comprises 1 bedroom, a separate bathroom with a shower and a large open plan kitchen, dining and seating area with an additional bed settee Close to the centre of historic market town of Wotton-under-Edge, we are on the Cotswold Way, and close to local shops; eateries serving great food; as well as a cinema, arts centre & outdoor swimming pool (open May-September).

Elstar is one of 2 petit stables, on our Grade 2 farm. It is situated on a quiet, secluded yard next to Russet, with off street gated parking. Elstar overlooks our fields where our Llamas, Alpacas, horses and sheep live. Located just outside the picturesque market town of Chipping Sodbury, we are also perfectly positioned for Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, Cirencester, walks in the Cotswolds and Badminton and Gatcombe Horse Trials. Characterful barn conversion set on our family run farm. Fantastic views, ample sized garden and living space for a perfect rural retreat whatever the weather. The barn was once used as the dye house for the working cloth mill in the 1800's, however during the war the dye house was repurposed as a cowshed and now recently converted into a home.
