Stay in a quiet area but close to amenities (500 m walk from the village – bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants…). Located 15 minutes from the entrance to Rennes Sud, 20 minutes from Rennes train station, 20 minutes from the airport and the Exhibition Center. Parking is available in front of the house. Separate bedroom, 140x190 cm bed, dressing room. Kitchen equipped with a kitchenette with sink, ceramic hobs, microwave, fridge, Senseo coffee maker, kettle and TV. Bathroom with sink and shower. Separate toilet. Unsuitable for guests with disabilities.
