Beautiful "Vignerone" at the feet of Sancerre !

Perfectly situated , 2km from Sancerre and 1 km fron Chavignol, an old house entirely renovated for 6 persons. Huge garden of more than 1200 m2 with a lot of fruit trees. Quiet of the countryside in the heart of a village and at the feet of vines. Garden furniture and barbecue. Huge kitchen with dining area upstairs. Master bedrrom with bathroom and office corner, second double room, and children room with two singles (2x 90 cm/ bedroom to go through to reach one of the double room).

location dans un très beau jardin arboré avec possibilité, l'été, de manger dehors. Très calme, en pleine nature. Rez de chaussée: cuisine aménagée, Lave vaisselle, four encastré, micro onde, frigo, plaque gaz 2 feux, cafetière etc..... Entrée avec armoire, à l'étage grande pièce 40m2 environ sous comble, canapé lit 2 places, 3 lits de 90 plus un lit bébé, TV. Salle de bain avec baignoire et WC, table à langer. Chauffage par radiateurs électriques.
