Nestled at the top of the picturesque village of Saint Roman, this former house dates from medieval times. Spacious, quiet, rustic, it offers an atypical setting with authentic charm. Located at the foot of the Glandasse, many hikes are done from the house. By car: 10 min from Die 5 min from Chatillon en Diois (shops, most beautiful village in France) Walking distance: 15min from the river 5min from the village's associative cafe Be careful, no wifi!

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Quality materials, new amenities, etc... Less than a 10-minute walk to the village with all amenities. Frequently asked question, what to provide for coffee? Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.
