It is ideally located in the center of the village of Saints-en-Puisaye, 15 minutes from the Château de Guedelon, 20 minutes from the Château de St Fargeau, Lake Bourdon, 10 minutes from the house and the Colette House and Museum in Saint-Sauveur-en-Puisaye, Arcy-sur-Cure Caves. Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

The exterior of the house displays a charming stone facade, complemented by blue shutters and vibrant pink flowers climbing around the windows. A spacious grassy yard surrounds the home, with outdoor seating areas and a children's toy visible in the lush garden.

Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!
