Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

The smell of wood, a sofa, and a wood stove with a comfortable kitchen make up a fine-tuned whole. It comfortably accommodates 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the houses with love, emphasizing minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Sitting above a beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a wonderful view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (separate charge).

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.
