Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Sovrum med dubbelsäng och garderob. Sovloft med dubbelsäng. Möblerad altan med delvis havsutsikt och grill.

Modern stuga med panorama utsikt över Karlskrona skärgård belägen ca 10 m från havet. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår bäddat o klart när ni kommer. Tillgång till barnvänlig strand som delas med värdfamilj. Boendet lämpar sig för familj upp till 4 personer. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”

Ca 20 min promenad till stor camping, vita sand med stor lekplats, sandstrand, utegym och kiosk/gatukök (sommartid) Sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och i allrummet är det en ny bäddsoffa (140cm) inköpt 2025. Toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin. Utrustat kök med bl.a. diskmaskin.
