Casa rústica d'ambient càlid i familiar. 350m2 de casa, més 160m2 de celler. Es lloga tota la casa sencera, per un sol grup. La podeu llogar per aquí o directament. Habitacions còmodes, una sala de 100m2 i terrassa de 60m2. La piscina és municipal (100 habitants), tranquil·la i d'ambient molt familiar. Quan vingueu a Prat de Comte us guiarem pels entorns més bonics d'aquesta comarca de la Terra Alta i del Matarranya, on podreu veure Els Ports: rius, muntanyes i una extensa natura. T'esperem!!!

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

Horta de sant joan, appartement inclusief ontbijt

Het appartement (60m2) is volledig privé maar wel inpandig in onze masia . Wij bevinden ons in alle rust maar wel op loopafstand van het levendige dorp Horta de sant joan en aan de autovrije wandel-en fietsroute Via verde, midden tussen olijf-en amandelbomen, wijngaarden en schitterende uitzichten. Het natuurpark Els Ports is slechts 10 minuten met de auto. Bijzonderheden: Alleen 14+, ontbijt is inclusief, huisdieren welkom in overleg. Tot ziens in "Mas Karmel"
