Quiet and pleasant area on the eastern side of Öland, close to wildlife and nature. Close to a swimming area, about 4-5 minutes by car, bike or on walking paths. Close to Öland's Alvar with its unique flora, and about 50 km to the Ottenby bird station. Bicycles and a grill are available to borrow! Bed linens, towels and bathrobes are included. There is also a hot tub to enjoy! Cats are with the hosts. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom. Because the rules requiring dogs to be on a leash have not been followed, no pets are allowed anymore! THE CABIN SHOULD BE LEFT AS IT WAS WHEN YOU ARRIVED, THANK YOU!!

Live close to nature, the Öland alvar and with cycling distance to Bläsinge's lovely sandy beach (with the simpler Hamnkrog). It's a 30-minute drive to Kalmar or Borgholm. The cottage is located at the back of my property, a bit away from my own home. I have two cats, and a small chicken coop at the other end of the property. At the cottage, you have your own patio with barbecue grill. The cottage has a simple kitchen with a stovetop and part of a fridge and freezer. Microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker are available. Bring your own bed linens and towels.

Final cleaning is done by the tenant before departure. Pet-free and smoke-free. The cottage is located on the plot next to our house. But also close to beaches, swimming and the sea. The house is centrally located on Öland and is about 5 km to both the west and east coasts, 3 km to a grocery store, 5 km to Färjestaden and about 20 km to Kalmar. A fully equipped house with two toilets, three bedrooms, a kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, and a large, lovely patio. Wi-Fi, games and sports equipment are available.
