It is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. A sofa with an orthopedic mattress. A large built-in mirrored wardrobe. A large plasma TV, Internet, Wi-Fi. Microwave, electric kettle, dishes, iron, boiler in case of no hot water. HOUSE RULES: Check-out time is 12:00. Check-in time is 2 p.m. Security deposit for keys 1000 UAH. The apartment is not intended for parties.

Generator in the house! Luxury apartments near the metro

OlympikPark Residential Complex. Boryspilska metro station is a 5-minute walk away! The area of the apartment is 33m2, located on the 8th floor with a nice view. The sizes of a double bed are 160x200 and a sofa that folds out. Comfortable desk. Round table and 4 chairs. In the sauna there is a boiler for 100 liters, shower cabin 190x90, washing machine. Complete set of household appliances: 55"TV (SmartTV), refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave oven, iron, hairdryer. Also there is internet (WiFi) in the apartment.

A comfortable apartment 17 min by metro to center

Hi everyone! I am happy to rent my apartment in this summer period. It is large, clean, modern and very comfortable. All photos are real. You are welcome in my home. If you have any questions - please feel free to ask. There are many shopping centers, restaurants, cafes in the district, and there is a river nearby. From my house to the subway 15 minutes by foot, 5 minutes by bus, from my aria by subway to the center 17 minutes.
