Cabin with 3 bedrooms, large terrace, private jetty and parking. Short distance to the lake and great hiking areas. Lovely outdoor areas with dining area, barbecue, pizza oven etc. Guests are responsible for their own dishwashing. There is a somewhat steep path from the parking lot to the cabin. Distance from parking to the cabin 40-50 meters SUMMER 2026 - we have not yet decided on a vacation for 2026, but will probably rent out week 27 and 28. In the summer, you will find food service and a scheduled boat to Sandøya from Hagefjordbrygga. About 15/30 minutes to Tvedestrand/Arendal.

Consists of lawn, rock outcroppings, heather, hammock trees, furnished terraces with and without a roof, gas grill, fire pits, badminton net, outdoor games, hammock. Kid friendly. Herb beds. Blueberries on the plot and lots of wild raspberries and wild blackberries in the immediate area. A short way to the bathing area with bathing ladders and a nice large jetty ideal for swimming, crabbing and fishing. Child-friendly beaches nearby.

Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent but are available on site and can be rented for NOK 250 per set The cleaning is not included in the rent. Supplement for cleaning is 1200 NOK if the tenant does not clean himself.

Cozy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse/apartment is located right on the waterfront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The boathouse is best suited for 2 people staying for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.

Losodden is a 160 year old vintage Pilots house on the idyllic car-free island of Sandøya in Tvedestrand municipality on the southern coast of Norway. The house lies on the stone jetty only one meter from the sea. The archipelago in which Sandøya lies is one the most popular coastal areas in Norway. The island is sheltered from the islets around yet with a close distance to the ocean. The sun will shine on the property from 10 in the morning till 10 at night at midsummer on a clear summer day.

Our cabin is idyllically located in the middle of Raet National Park, all for itself with spectacular views of the sea. Here you can enjoy walks, swimming areas and waves, even on stormy days. The cottage is newly renovated with a Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, fire pan, and outdoor fireplace. Sleeping space for 6. Rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in ocean gap and nature
