Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at the brand new summer cottage. The cottage was completed in 2023 and has everything you need. Lovely bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a nice living room and beautiful nature. There is WiFi, TV, underfloor heating, modern kitchen and there are no less than 3 bedrooms. It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.

Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace by the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you hear nothing at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.

On 25 m² you will find a living-dining area, which offers a kitchenette and a dining area for 3 people. In the bedroom there is a comfort box spring bed (1.60 x 2 m) to offer you an optimal sleep after long hours on the beach. The cozy couch can be converted into a full-fledged sleeping accommodation (1.40 x 2.00 m) in no time. From both rooms you can reach the roof terrace. The well-equipped apartment offers a cozy bedroom and a wind-protected, sunny terrace (20 sqm) – ideal for stormy days. Fresh rolls are just 30 meters away at the bakery. Perfect for your relaxing island holiday!

The apartment includes a spacious terrace with a small lawn. The mandatory guest fee, which applies to the municipality of Norden-Norddeich, will be charged separately by us. You will receive your guest card from us upon arrival.

Idyllic cottage for yourself in Giethoorn

This cute white cottage with a thatched roof is like from a fairy tale book! As if you really live in authentic Giethoorn. (North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found only a 6-minute walk away. Without hordes of tourists. (They are in Giethoorn Zuid = 45 minutes' walk) Unfortunately not suitable for infants/children from 0 to 8.
