The house is on a farm, where the hosts also live, in quiet and peaceful surroundings. Here you will find unique nature with many hiking opportunities, where the famous Kongevegen must be mentioned as the first priority. Borgund stave church is another well-known attraction, which is located just nearby. The Borgundselva river flows right past the house, where you can buy a fishing permit. There is also a small private beach that you can use.

The house has its own garden with outdoor furniture. We do the cleaning ourselves and make sure everything is clean. Bed linen comes from the laundry. The house is small and charming with a relaxing atmosphere. Quiet area where it is nice to go for walks on the road or along the river. Nice marked trails up the mountainsides are also nearby. Short distance to Flåm.

It's the ideal place to get away from the city and stretch your legs on a skiing trip or a hike, enjoy the slopes at Tyin or Hemsedal, or simply unwind while taking in the amazing views from the living room or outside on the terrace in front of our firepan.

Flåm Retreat - Exclusive and sustainable mini-house

Flåm Retreat's minihouse is a sustainable and exclusive cabin designed by Snøhetta, with a focus on reducing human impact on nature. Enjoy panoramic views of Flåmsdalen, tranquility, and some of the world’s most stunning scenery. The mini-house has two double beds and sleeps four comfortably. A fifth guest can use the sofa bed for NOK 250. From May to September, we require a 2-night minimum stay. Single-night gaps will be released as they become available.

High standard cabin (2) by the Aurland fjord

A high standard cabin by the shoreline of the Aurlandsfjord, Western Norway. The area lies peacefully by the fjord, with its own parking lot and a quay with the opportunity for boat rental. The cabin has three bedrooms, a veranda facing the fjord, and is equipped with fiber-optical WiFi, TV with ASTRA international channels, shower, washing machine, dishwasher and a wood stove. Boat must be booked in advance of arrival.
