Borgund stave church is another well-known attraction, which is located just nearby. The Borgundselva river flows right past the house, where you can buy a fishing permit. There is also a small private beach that you can use.

The house has its own garden with outdoor furniture. We do the cleaning ourselves and make sure everything is clean. Bed linen comes from the laundry. The house is small and charming with a relaxing atmosphere. Quiet area where it is nice to go for walks on the road or along the river. Nice marked trails up the mountainsides are also nearby. Short distance to Flåm.

The nearest grocery store is Joker, about 3 km away. If you wish to eat in a restaurant, Elvekroi is only 1 km away. There's also electric vehicle charging there.

Sørinefunken is a small house located on our farm in Borgund, Lærdal. The house has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. The house can be used as a starting point for a number of attractions in the area (e.g. Kongevegen, Flåmsbana, Borgund Stavkyrkje). There is a nice outdoor area, and the house has its own porch with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the evening sun or have dinner when the weather is good.
