Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Charming brewery

Quiet and secluded location on Haragården in Alboga, you live on the farm with animals around. We who live on the property have dogs and a cat. The brewhouse is extended with modern standards with the old feeling preserved. Downstairs: Fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa and armchairs and smart TV, toilet and shower. Upstairs: Sleeping loft with double bed. Wifi is available. You can swim in the pond, and next to it is the wood-fired sauna, outdoor furniture and barbecue.

Cycling and hiking trails in the nearby area. 10 km to the community with shops and transportation. 25 km to Borås/Ulricehamn. The house has a balcony in two directions. Lake view in one direction and large lawn (perfect for play and games) in the other. The house is part of the property so the cottage host is nearby for any help. My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Spring Cottage

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home in the middle of nature where you are not disturbed by traffic or neighbors. The forest is right around the corner where there are good opportunities to walk and pick mushrooms and berries. Proximity to several lakes where you can swim and fish (3-5 km) Take the opportunity to enjoy a lovely spa or sauna. Possibility to use charcoal grill and barbecue area outdoors. No smoking indoors is allowed. Cleaning is included in the rent.

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. Rich farm with your house dated to 1606, carefully renovated to modern standards. Here you live in the middle of Kvissle nature reserve. The stay here is described by guests as fantastic, beautiful and soothing. You live close to nature with the opportunity to both sunbathe on the private veranda, swim in the lake, borrow the boats for a fishing trip or rent kayaks. There are also several social animals who love attention!
