Tree house - in the heart of nature

In a forest edge on our farm overlooking vast fields, you can enjoy seclusion surrounded by the branches and foliage of the trees. The simple building stands on a plateau 2-3 meters above the ground between tree trunks. The branches of the trees form a roof over the small patio with a simple outdoor kitchen in front of the tent. You are completely off the grid but have access to a refrigerator and electricity at our farm where you can park, or borrow a cooler for food you bring with you. Private toilet with dry toilet and outdoor shower is 100 meters from the property.

Comfortable accommodation with kitchen, living room, shower, and toilet. There are two queen-size beds, one of which is located in the adjacent wing. Two extra beds are available (primarily suitable for children). Large green areas with space for socializing and play. Outdoor furniture and barbecue available. Proximity to Naturum, Omberg, and Väderstad, which offer a variety of shops.

With us, you get the feeling of staying in the countryside with your own garden, patio with barbecue grill. Also a barn for coffee breaks, lovely view. Proximity to Vadstena city center, castle and unique culture. Lovely pedestrian streets and shopping. Omberg's beautiful nature or a nice swim in fresh Lake Vättern. Lake House - Torpet Sjön at Tåkern

Welcome to a completely unique and newly renovated house on a hill overlooking Tåkern and its beach! This is the place to stay for those who want to live as close to nature and the rich wildlife as possible. Here you create memories for life! A place to stay that works and is interesting year-round! The author and artist Gunnar Brusewitz lived here and studied Tåkern and its nature in the spring of 1940. Bakery, café, pub and restaurant (Kafé på Skedet), Omberg, Heliga Hjärtas Monastery are only 2 km away.

The cottage is located a stone's throw from the shore of Lake Vättern with Omberg as a backdrop and with the beautiful plain that spreads around Borghamn. We look forward to meeting 2025 with upcoming guests and please do not hesitate to look at the listing and contact me for any inquiries. This will be our 10th year as hosts of our cabin and we have met so many nice guests from near and far. Guests describe the area as beautiful and peaceful. Nearby, there is a stone industry that is in use.

Here you are close to Omberg, Ellen Key's beach, Alvastra Monastery Ruin, the bird lake Tåkern and Omberg Golf. 15 km north of Skedet is Vadstena, a small town with a lot of history, nice restaurants and nice little shops.

Welcome to our little vacation home in Borghamn on Lake Vättern! This property can accommodate two to a maximum of four people for a relaxing vacation right at the northern entrance to Ecopark Omberg, a short walk from Vättern and the port of Borghamn, and a short drive from the Tåkern bird sanctuary. Situated in its own small garden, the house is an ideal base for hiking and cycling trips, for swimming excursions, and for exploring the history-rich Östergötland region.

Welcome to our Dalhem! Here you live in a charming 1920s villa with all the comforts. Enjoy the warming fireplace during the winter months or the evening sun in our large, lush garden with direct access to lovely Lake Vättern during the summer. 300 meters away there is a nice sandy beach and a few kilometers away a shop with all the essentials. During the summer, there is also a nice restaurant - Gyllenhammars - with fantastic locally produced food. Warm welcome!

Stay in Annex Sjövik, by the bird lake Tåkern

Spend the night or stay several nights in this peaceful accommodation next to Tåkern beach. Here you can relax while experiencing nature close by with a fantastic silence and views of the bird lake Tåkern. Here you live separately from our main house. In the summer, you can enjoy nature by staying on your own patio and cooking dinner on the grill.
