Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Villa Poderina is a typical pink stone cottage furnished in a beautiful country chic style, gently nestled on the bank of the Candigliano river located in the Marche hinterland with a wonderful panoramic view. Set in the garden, spacious and very well cared for, the beautiful pool is located, while a few meters inside the property you can access the charming unspoiled river beach with private access where you can take relaxing baths or walk paths.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
