Renovated couples house w/ 50 km unobstructed view

If you like wide views of rolling hills in Burgundy, this is for you. Fifty kilometers of free view. We've had the neighbor farm house for twenty years+ and still can't get used to it. We (finally) finished renovating this small farm in 2023. It has a new bathroom with floor heating and a shower with a view you'll never forget. The new kitchen has everything you need to make a wonderful meal, plus all the modern stuff. There are two work desks, fiber internet and a patio to stare at the sunrise.

Welkom bij Kingfisher Cabin! Kom heerlijk ontspannen in onze geheel gerenoveerde cabin, omgeven door prachtige natuur. De cabin staat aan het begin van ons erf, gelegen aan een doodlopende weg. De cabin ligt geheel privé met een eigen ruime tuin (1200 m2). Om af te koelen tijdens de zomerdagen, kan er gebruik gemaakt worden van ons gedeelde zwembad met terras en prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving. Het dichtstbijzijnde dorp Saint-Saulge ligt op 1,5 km met een supermarkt, bakker en café.

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Come and relax in our waterfront home. Very quiet setting near the Merle, Baye and Vaux ponds as well as the Canal du Nivernais and the Morvan Regional Park where all kinds of activities are available to you such as fishing, water sports, swimming, hiking or biking. The proximity of the Pond means we do not recommend this rental for families with young children. Please note, we do not provide linens (sheets, towels...).

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

25 m2 cottage in the countryside, parking, tranquility, 12 km from Nevers, Magny-Cours circuit (10 km) close to the Sancerre vineyards. Mine museum 15 km away, municipal swimming pool 1.5 km away, all shops. Walk in the forest, fishing. Non-smoking, walk along the Loire, Wi-Fi. Great place to play pétanque, no washing machine. For 2 adults or a couple and two children. No pets.

Small pleasant house with great views and large terrace in small Bourguignon village, 30 minutes from Vézelay and 45 minutes from Nevers. Relaxing setting, many walking paths. Shops 2 km away. Note that the accommodation is located upstairs and does not have land but has a pleasant and spacious terrace.
