Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.

A nice 1874 house with a garden and terrace, restored in 2019 respecting the originality of the historical pieces and providing it with comfort. It is located in a small village in the center of Empordà, 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava, surrounded by charming villages and close to the mountains of "Les Gavarres".

It's 200 meters from the wide beach of Sant Pere Pescador, from where you can walk to the mouth of the Fluvia River and the ruins of Empuries, or cycle along different routes in the heart of nature, finding the long-awaited tranquility at every moment.
