Popular Allgäu attractions such as lakes, ski resorts, summer/winter toboggan runs and thermal baths are in the immediate vicinity. Right in the middle of it all on walking distance In the house there is a swimming pool, table tennis and fitness for free use. Sauna and wellness area as well as washing machines for a fee. A garage is also available, here are the dimensions! Length 5.20m, width 1.90m, height is important, not higher than 1.60 m Free parking is very close by in the side streets very close by.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A baby bed (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

Haus Kunz is located at the end of Imsterberg. Very quiet, high above the Inn Valley.
