Superbe appart aux pieds des pistes et de la forêt

Il s’agit d’un appartement à moins de 100 mètres des pistes et à une dizaine de mètres de la forêt donnant accès à de multiples chemins de randonnée. Un parc de jeux pour enfant se trouve juste devant la résidence. une cuisine ouverte toute équipée donnant sur une terrasse sur laquelle vous pourrez déjeuner. L’espace nuit est composée d’une chambre avec lit double 140 avec un dressing ainsi qu’une cabine avec lits superposés en 80. La salle de bain comprend les Wc avec une grande douche fermée.

Entièrement rénové "esprit chalet", appartement T2 mansardé très fonctionnel, situé dans la résidence "Les Gentianes" à Bolquère/ Pyrénées 2000, au pied des pistes de ski (50 m) et des sentiers de randonnées. Sa proximité du départ des pistes, de l'école de ski, de toutes les animations, du parc de jeux pour enfants et des commerces est appréciable. Un Au 4ème étage sous les toits avec ascenseur. Casier à skis sécurisé au rez-de-chaussée et grand parking (non privatif) au pied de la résidence.

La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

Magnifique appartement Bolquère

Nous louons notre petit cocon, situé à Bolquere, Pyrénées 2000. Au pied des pistes, à 100m à pied. L’appartement est chaleureux et cosy, 2 chambres dont 1 avec 1 lit double et 1 avec 1 lit superposé. Nous proposons en plus, 1 lit parapluie. La salle de bain est spacieuse. Nous avons des jumeaux, donc l’espace est adapté aux enfants (pas de choses dangereuses basses) . Grande télé pour les soirs d’hiver et petite terrasse pour déjeuner ou dîner devant la montagne.

Nous vivons dans la maison au-dessus mais l'appartement dispose d'une entrée indépendante et d'un jardin privatif. L'appartement n'est pas adapté pour plus de 2 personnes, les réservations faites avec jeune enfant ou bébé en plus seront annulées.
