From here you can explore the Black Forest on foot, by mountain bike or in winter with skis (25-30 min. drive). The charming, historical town of Staufen with its castle ruins (10 min.), the Alsace region of France (20 min.), and the Markgräflerland with its variety of wineries and restaurants are always worth a visit!

Historic Cramm Mill, Barn Apt. 5

Our apartment 5 is on the upper floor of the historic barn of our listed watermill, which has existed since 1754. It is one of six studios that we built as part of a renovation and have been renting out since May 2024. We have taken care to preserve as much of the historical character of the building as possible - the original wooden beams of the old barn adorn the apartment and the view of the open roof beams. The apartment is 43 square meters.

Pfaffenberg is a small village at 700 meters above sea level above the Wiesen Valley with proximity to Switzerland and France. Our Black Forest house with a south-facing location offers up to three guests a cozy stay. The border triangle allows a variety of cultural and sporting leisure activities. I have traveled a lot myself, speak good German, English, French, Spanish and a little Italian and am always very happy about guests from near and far.

It is quietly located on the Alsace Wine Route between Mulhouse and Strasbourg, in Ingersheim, a village adjacent to Colmar. All shops nearby, public transport (Colmar Bus) and many activities in the surrounding area.
