It is located on the AC-305, near the Pazo da Mercé, 3 km from the center of A Pobra, well connected to the main points of interest in Barbanza. The two-story house, on the ground floor we have the kitchen, the living room, the dining room and a bathroom and on the first floor, the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a terrace and large landscaped areas.
